The dip belts are exactly as described. My son, who trains almost daily, is thrilled. He previously used a weighted backpack. Now he's happy to be able to distribute the weight on the belt, as this puts strain only on his hips and not on his back.

I haven't tried another one yet, but I think I really don't need to. I've used it know for three weeks and I'm glad that I bought it. The back support really helps with the weight and the three carabiners the belt comes with really snap shut so they allow a real quick attachement. The rope is really strong and the loops are excellent for adjusting the weight so it doesn't drop to the floor. Thank for rhe great product.
